Dynamic Field Groups
How often do you miss the possibility to have dynamic fields only available in certain situations? The feature add-on Znuny4OTRS-DynamicFieldGroups provides you with the possibility to show groups of dynamic fields by custom defined conditions. These conditions can be a queue, agent role, service, ticket type and many more.
Define the ticket attributes you like to match in the system configuration, we call it routing:

In the step you create a group with optional and mandatory dynamic fields :

Defining the conditions which group should be shown is the last step to gather individual information for your service management.
