Bundled Statistics, Delivered on Schedule
A dedicated "Reports" section appears in the agent navigation for members of the stats group. Here, agents can compose reports that combine one or more existing Znuny statistics, specify one or more recipient email addresses, write a custom subject and email body, and choose an output format — CSV, Excel (XLSX), or PDF. Each report is then assigned a recurrence schedule: manually on demand, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, with a configurable time of day that is correctly adjusted for the user's time zone.
Fully Automated Execution
The Znuny daemon checks for due reports every three minutes and dispatches them via the scheduler. When a report's scheduled time arrives, the statistics are generated, packaged as email attachments in the chosen format, and sent to all configured recipients automatically. The generated files are also stored in Znuny's virtual filesystem so they remain available after delivery. Reports can additionally be triggered manually from the management screen at any time, without waiting for the next scheduled run.
Import, Export, and Lifecycle Management
Reports can be exported to and imported from YAML files, making it easy to transfer configurations between Znuny instances or keep them under version control. The management screen provides a full overview of all configured reports including their last and next scheduled execution times, and supports editing, copying, and deletion. Access is controlled by Znuny's standard group mechanism — the stats group — so the same agents who manage statistics can also manage their automated delivery.
