Overview of all attachments of a ticket in the ticket detail view
A widget is shown in the ticket detail view for agents, which lists all attachments from all ticket articles.
The files can be downloaded directly by clicking on the file name or selecting multiple attachments as an archive.
Reuse of Attachments
In ticket dialogs with an upload function, a list of all ticket attachments is displayed for selection to reuse them.

Preview of Attachments
A preview of images without downloading them is possible for supported image formats. By clicking on the attachment's icon, the preview starts.
