Just three single steps to work with our checklists:
1. Checklists are created and edited by an OTRS administrator
Decide if a due date should be available and if you need a note for every single item. Every item consists of a label and an optional description and URL.
2. Assign the checklist to a ticket as easy as you set other ticket attributes
Select the right checklist to a ticket during the creation or later. This can also be achieved by a PostMaster filter or using the Generic Interface.
3. Tick the finished tasks in the sidebar of the ticket details view.
Once the checklist is assigned the agent is able to check the finished items and add a note if configured.
The state of a checklist can also be retrieved by a web service to provide a popular way to integrate the checklist in existing workflows.
