Ticket Unseen

With this add-on you can mark single articles or whole tickets in the ((OTRS)) Community Edition as unread or read.

For this purpose two additional entries are shown in the menu bar, which can be used to control the whole ticket.

In addition, a new function is displayed in the article menu that allows you to mark the respective article as unread. The new function is of course also available for a bulk action.
