Sort tickets by last customer contact

With this add-on you can also sort your tickets by the time of the last customer contact. This allows you to rearrange the order in which your tickets are processed and you can always see where there has been no communication for a long time and where further inquiries may be necessary.

Sorting by customer contact is available in the following ticket views for subsequent ticket views:

  • Queue view
  • Status View
  • Locked view
