Znuny LTS 6.5 has served us well and has been the LTS version since March 2023. We've shipped four feature releases to make the next LTS as good as possible, and we missed our last LTS release cycle by roughly a year and a half. The wait for the next Znuny LTS has now ended. Znuny LTS 7.5 will be released on 25 November 2026.
New features, if you've not been an early adopter
A modern interface - Two redesigns, a Dark Skin, better mobile layouts, and CKEditor 5 as the rich text editor.
Less work on the command line. - Notifications, processes, templates, signatures, salutations, auto-responses, postmaster filters, and generic agent jobs can all be imported, exported, and copied.
..and much more
Former add-ons are now in the core. - Among them: Microsoft Graph for email accounts, the translation editor, article colors, mark as seen or unseen, multiple Sendmail backends, and quick copying of ticket numbers.
Better integrations. SAML single sign-on, Microsoft Graph mail, the OAuth2 client credentials flow, the Web communication channel, and a proper code editor plus helper functions for XSLT mappings in web services
Planning your move
Support for Znuny LTS 6.5 ends six months after the release of Znuny LTS 7.5. Until then, 6.5 continues to receive its regular updates. We will publish the upgrade path and the release notes together with the 7.5 release planned for November 25, 2026.

In the coming days, we will highlight features that have not hit Znuny 7.x yet but are part of the release that will make Znuny LTS 7.5 the best it's ever been, and it all starts with a farewell to ITSMChangeManagement.
