Sort tickets by last customer contact

With this add-on, it is possible to sort your tickets based on the last customer contact and not, for example, on the age of the ticket. As a result, the tickets that have had no communication with customers for the longest time are displayed at the top. This allows you to redefine the order in which your tickets are processed and to keep an eye on where there has been no communication for a long time and where further inquiries are necessary.
The sorting by customer contact is active in the following ticket views:

  • Queue view
  • Status View
  • Locked view

Furthermore, it remains possible to pre-sort tickets based on priority. In addition, the time of the last customer contact can be displayed in the columns of the interfaces.
