Customer Map

With the help of a Google Maps integration, you can display on a map all customers for whom a ticket has ever been created. Customers for whom tickets are currently open are displayed in a separate color.

The map is available as both a dashboard widget and as a dedicated map on a separate page.

Depending on the zoom of the map you may see clustered locations of your customer with the ability to drill down. All you need is an API key for Google Maps
