We perform all the needed tasks to upgrade your current version to the latest available.

Before we start, we check your setup to see if additional work is needed, e.g., updating customizations. We package configurations, upgrade add-ons, and everything else to be ready for the upgrade.

The next step is the test migration. Whenever possible, we use a backup from your production system to determine the required downtime and to detect potential problems. After you check everything and agree to a date, we will complete the final migration as the last step.
